At Daleelpro (accessible from https://daleelpro.com/staging), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and app users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Daleelpro and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our business listing services, we collect the following information:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and username.

  • Business Listings: Information you provide about a business (name, location, photos, description) is collected to be displayed publicly upon approval.

  • Device Data: We may collect your IP address and browser/device type for security and spam prevention.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation

Users can submit business listings to our platform.

  • Pre-Approval: All listings are held in a pending state and manually reviewed by our team before being published to ensure they meet our safety standards.

  • Reporting: Users can report any listing that violates our terms via the “Report” button in the website.

  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove content and block users immediately.

3. Account Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and control over your data.

  • How to Delete: Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time directly within the App Settings menu or by emailing us at  info@daleelpro.com.

  • Data Removal: Upon account deletion, your profile and all non-essential historical data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

4. Advertising (Google Ads/AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Daleelpro app.

  • Google may use cookies and device identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA) to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.

  • You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your device’s Privacy Settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

5. Media and Location

If you upload images to business listings, please be aware that images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS) may allow other users to extract location information. We recommend stripping GPS data from images before uploading.

6. Data Sharing & Security

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Data is shared with automated spam detection services.

  • If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security.

7. Data Retention

  • Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely for moderation purposes.

  • For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
